Verena Bertram
Verena Bertram has been working as a patent lawyer for fifteen years. She specializes in international patent disputes in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and life sciences, but also has many years of experience in the field of IT.
She advises national and international companies in patent infringement and nullity disputes before German courts and the Unified Patent Court and works with patent attorneys on opposition and nullity proceedings before the European Patent Office and the Federal Patent Court. Even outside of litigation, she develops strategic, pragmatic solutions for her clients' challenges.
