Julius Zacharias

Since beginning his legal career in 2016, Julius has specialized in patent litigation with a focus on the life sciences sector. He advises national and international clients and represents them in court and out‒of‒court patent disputes, often in complex cross‒border proceedings. Julius' practice covers both infringement and nullity proceedings before German courts and the Unified Patent Court.

Julius studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where he also worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Competition Law (Chair of Professor Ohly) during his legal clerkship from 2012 to 2014.
