Dr. Aurel-Damian Roscher

Aurel‒Damian Roscher is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and advises national and international medium‒sized companies as well as large corporations in all areas of patent law with a focus on the life sciences sector. His work includes providing in‒court and out‒of‒court support in national and multinational patent disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants – in particular in patent infringement proceedings before national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) as well as patent vindication proceedings. In addition, he supports clients in the development and implementation of IP strategies, for example by drafting and negotiating patent license agreements, research and development agreements, and co‒ownership agreements.
