Dr. Michael Schächinger
Michael has ten years of experience in high‒profile IP litigation and offers strategic advice and expert representation in national and European patent infringement proceedings. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of patent law. He is involved in complex disputes—both in and out of court—and has extensive experience in cross‒border patent litigation. As a UPC representative, Michael has also gained extensive experience in disputes before the UPC, having been involved in numerous infringement and nullity actions.
His practice focuses on the fields of electronics, telecommunications, and life sciences. He specializes in Industry 4.0 and IoT.
